These coast's will hurt.. I think have a great idea how to get help covering these coast's but don't no how to get something like this rolling. SmartCARB surcharge on all freight comming in or out of these CARB adopted States. Something like 10 or 15% of the Fuel surcharge. These states wan't clean air and thats fine with me. Let them cover some of the coast after all its there freight.. With CARB and Smartway is comming in full force. These coast’s will hurt..
