I think have a great idea how to get help covering these coast&#039;s but don&#039;t no how to get something like this rolling.
SmartCARB surcharge on all freight comming in or out of these CARB adopted States.
Something like 10 or 15% of the Fuel surcharge.
These states wan&#039;t clean air and thats fine with me. Let them cover some of the coast after all its there freight..</description>
